Whip up this super easy #beautyfood bite whenever the mood strikes you for packable, skin-loving feast!  Nourishing pumpkin is a great source of vitamin C, which protects from free radical damage, making it a potent wrinkle fighter. It also provides significant B vitamins, vitamin E, and beta carotene, and a high enzyme content which helps to diminish dry skin. 

White, or cannellini, beans stabilize blood sugar, and help you to stay fit by absorbing carbohydrates at a slower rate, allowing the body to use them efficiently. Additionally, they contain antioxidants, protein, fiber, potassium, and calcium, making them #beautyfood stars!

Enjoy this flavorful, tasty treat with fresh veggies or (our favorite!) crisp, sweet apples for a light yet highly satisfying snack anytime.

Yield: 6-8 servings
Time: 10 minutes

1 15 oz. can organic pumpkin pureé (not pie filling) | vitamin C, B + E for anti-aging
1 15 oz. can organic white beans, rinsed and drained | antioxidants for wrinkle-fighting
1 tablespoon curry powder | blemish fighting + improves skin tone
2 large cloves garlic, chopped | sulphur for glowing skin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon | draws oxygen to the skin
1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar | calming + anti-inflammatory
1 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste | detoxifying + beauty minerals
1 teaspoon white pepper | fights fine lines + wrinkles

Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend/pulse at high speed for 1 minute, or until smooth.
